1. Do you ship overseas?
At the moment, we only ship across India. We are working on expanding our services internationally in the near future.
2. How long will it take to get my order?
All our garments are custom-made, which means production generally takes 2–3 weeks depending on the product and order volume. After dispatch, delivery takes an additional 2–4 business days, depending on your location.
3. What shipping carriers do you use?
We partner with all major courier companies such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and also use India Post for pin codes that are in remote or non-serviceable areas.
4. How do I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.
After dispatch, we will send another email with your tracking details.

5. What if my parcel is tampered or damaged?
If the packaging appears tampered, opened, or damaged at the time of delivery, please:

We will evaluate the situation and, subject to availability, dispatch a replacement. You will receive a call/email confirming the revised delivery schedule.
